For the first time in 3 years we celebrated a beautiful colorful Holi in Hyderabad. Thanks to the management & residents of L&T Serene County. The celebration started on 10th with Holika Dahan, Dance & Snack and it continued on 11th with people throwing colors at each other.

Finally Spicejet responded to my complaint on 9th May. They apologized and gave me some random reasons as to why the aircraft was hot.

Dear Mr.Gaur,

PNR No. : IYQULG

This is with reference to your travel vide Spicejet Airlines on the 29th of April 2008 on Flight no. SG – 237, Delhi to Hyderabad ( PNR no. - IYQULG ).

The air-conditioning in the aircraft was not effective and this caused inconvenience to our passengers on this flight.

At the outset I would like to apologize on behalf of Spicejet and assure you that this was an exception.  Please note during peak summer months, while the aircraft is on ground, air-conditioning is often in-effective and as soon as it reaches height and cruises, the temperature starts getting lower. Please note that your feedback has been taken on serious note and the matter has been brought to the notice of the Engineering department of Spicejet.

We also take this opportunity to express our gratitude towards your precious time and valuables inputs to improve our service levels.

Kindly accept our sincerest apologies and we look forward to serving your flying needs more favorably in future.
